Beds were a little hard.

The hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean, nestled in a nice building with excellent view of downtown and the Alamodome. The rooms are brand-new and spotless, have luxury bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the staff is attentive.

The location was great and decent, near sited from the convention center! Moreover, it's close to the Riverwalk and sports arena and the river walk and market and great bars and restaurants.

Good food. Very comfy bed and good-sized room. Favourable location right by downtown and the freeway, the Tower of the Americas and the Rivercenter Mall and Riverwalk and with restaurants, and competitive prices.

The food was good with a lot of options.

The setting was quite great and decent within easy reach of Hemisfair Park.

Ideal hotel overall, is has great service and favourable location so close to train station. It has excellent, absolutely courteous staff.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is perfect for business travelers. It is conveniently located near the downtown area, Riverwalk, and the famous Alamo Dome. Despite being close to the train tracks, the noise did not bother us. The rooms are well-decorated with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. The staff is very friendly, treating guests like family and providing excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable, allowing for a pleasant stay. The hotel also offers free wireless internet, making it ideal for busy professionals.

Limited parking was a minor inconvenience.

Relatively new hotel. Clean and well appointed. About a 2 minute walk from the Alamodome. Great place to stay(includes parking) if you are attending a sporting event at the Alamodome.
